We've put together answers to the questions we're most often asked to help make your registration and travel experience as smooth as possible. If you can't find what you're looking for, our Events Team is always happy to assist—simply reach out to us, and we'll be glad to help.

Your NextWave Summit registration includes everything you need to enjoy the complete conference experience.
Your registration package includes:
- Four (4) days and three (3) nights' accommodation at Henann Palm Beach Resort, Boracay
- Daily buffet breakfast
- Return airport transfers between Caticlan Airport and the resort
- Access to all keynote presentations, breakout sessions and workshops
- Welcome networking function
- Conference lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments
- Sunset Cruise Dinner
- Conference materials and delegate merchandise
- Travel insurance for the duration of the official Summit package
Please note that any personal expenses outside the official program (such as room service, spa treatments, minibar purchases, optional activities and personal shopping) are at your own expense.
Flights are not included in the Summit registration.
To provide maximum travel flexibility, delegates are responsible for booking their own international and domestic flights to and from Caticlan (Boracay).
To help make your travel planning easier, we'll provide recommended domestic flight options from Manila (or any PH airport) to Caticlan, with a preferred departure of approximately 11:00 AM, arriving in Boracay at around 1:00 PM. This allows delegates to travel together where possible and aligns with our scheduled airport transfers and Summit check-in.
If you're travelling from another Australian city or via a different international gateway, we recommend planning your itinerary to connect with these suggested domestic flights.
Should you require assistance with your travel arrangements, our preferred travel partner will be happy to help you select the most suitable flights.

To help us assist you promptly, please have your updated flight number and estimated arrival time ready when you contact us.
If you'd like to arrive earlier or stay longer after the Summit, you're welcome to arrange additional accommodation directly with Henann Palm Beach Resort, subject to room availability and the prevailing room rates.
If you already know you'd like to extend your stay, we recommend booking your additional nights early to secure the best available rates.
Alternatively, you're welcome to book through your preferred travel website such as Booking.com, Expedia.com or other accommodation providers.

Boracay is a tropical island destination, so lightweight, breathable clothing is recommended.
Suggested attire includes:

We understand that plans can sometimes change.
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the NextWave Events Team as soon as possible.
Refunds will be considered based on the timing of your cancellation and any commitments already made with our venue, accommodation providers and event suppliers.
Where costs have already been incurred on your behalf, cancellation fees may apply.
Partial refunds are generally not available for individual functions or activities included within the Summit package if you choose not to attend.
All refund requests are assessed at the discretion of the NextWave Events Team.
Registrations remain open until 28th August 2026 or until all available places are filled.
As NextWave Summit has limited capacity and we expect registrations to fill quickly, we encourage delegates to secure their place as early as possible.
Once registrations reach capacity, no additional places can be released.
Registration Payment
To secure your registration, an initial deposit of $500 is required and is payable on or before 4 September 2026.
The remaining balance is due by 6 November 2026.
There is no need to pre-register for individual conference sessions.
However, attendance at all keynote presentations, business sessions and official evening functions forms part of the Summit experience and is expected of all delegates.
By registering for NextWave Summit, delegates acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Attendance at all official conference sessions and scheduled business activities is expected.
- Conference registrations cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit.
- Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the NextWave Events Team.
- The published agenda, speakers and session timings are subject to change without notice.
- Photography and videography will take place throughout the event and may be used in future marketing materials.
- Delegates are responsible for arranging and paying for any expenses outside the official Summit package.
- The decisions of the NextWave Events Team regarding event management, registration matters and any disputes are final.
