NextWave Summit 2027 – Privacy Policy

NextWave Summit committee ("NextWave", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly.

    • Email Address

    • Bank Account Details (where required for registration payments or approved conference rebates)

    • Process your event registration

    • Communicate important event information before, during and after the conference

    • Send event updates, reminders and logistical information

    • Process registration payments and approved rebates or refunds

    • Improve future NextWave events and attendee experience

  • By attending the NextWave Summit, you acknowledge that photographs, videos and other recordings may be taken throughout the event.

    These images and recordings may be used by Growth Partner Associates for legitimate promotional and marketing purposes, including:

    • Future event marketing

    • Promotional materials

    • Newsletters and event communications

    If you do not wish to appear in event photography or video, please notify the event organisers before or during the event. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in crowd or incidental footage.

  • Where bank account details are provided, they will be used solely for legitimate financial transactions relating to your event registration, including processing payments, refunds or approved conference rebates.
